I usually don't write hotel reviews, but for this one I want to take time to avoid that any other travelers will have to stay at this hotel. I stayed at the "4 star" AS Monza hotel for 2 weeks with 7 other colleagues for a business project. This was the biggest mistake made in regard to the entire project. The building is made up of two areas. Ground floor is a Motel which is also called the AS Monza Love Hotel as described at the reception where you can rent a room for 2 4 or 6 hours depending how much you pay and last, I guess.
The 1st and last floor of the building should represent the ''4 star'' Hotel. I don't know based on what it's rated as a 4 star hotel, but I've traveled quit a lot and I would rate this hotel more as a 2 star hotel. Here's why: - The staff is extremely rude and know barely a word of English.
We got shouted at because we had more than 1 croissant and 1 coffee during breakfast. I got shouted at because I brought back my 74 EURO costing laundry, due to wet and un-ironed clothing. They took my laundry back and brought it to a dry cleaning service, after which they refused my laundry for the rest of my stay. I had to wash all my clothing that I stored in the closet, because of the bad smell.
Luckily I didn't pick-up any skin disease from the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you have other intentions, but even then I recommend using your car as it's cleaner and safer than the hotel.
Good morning, We found that this review is the result of a simple revenge and that does not represent the actual experience of living. I had to stay in the hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip, me and 8 colleagues. The hotel is divided in 2: the ground floor where is a motel rented by hour "love hotel" as they call it, hours and on the first floor the actual hotel. At the motel all night long cars came and left, all night long you could hear the "action" from downstairs as all the prostitutes from the street near by came and "had fun" with the clients.
